Classical Music for Little Ones: A Special Experience with Sejong Soloists

Early sensory experiences play a vital role in a child’s emotional development. Most classical concerts are designed for school-aged children and older, which makes it rare for infants and toddlers to enjoy live, high-quality classical music. Sejong Soloists created the baby concert Songs My Mother Taught Me to offer a chance for little ones and their caregivers to experience beautiful music together in a welcoming, relaxed setting.

Premiered at the Hic et Nunc! Music Festival in 2023, the Baby Concert quickly became a favorite, selling out for three consecutive years and earning enthusiastic praise from families. It will return in 2026 with a refreshed program and even more thoughtful design. These performances are carefully curated to help children connect with music in a safe space where they’re free to move, listen, and explore - making their first encounter with classical music a joyful and memorable one.
